This is the industry standard for a long-lasting, hard working slate.
This acrylic slate is rounded on all edges so it is comfortable to use and wont hurt your hands. The 1" thick sticks are painted in wrap-around B&W stripes with a tension-adjustable bracket . There are magnets in the tips of the sticks to ensure a definite close. The board is screened with solvent-resistant ink meaning the printing will last through many projects.
Yellow is less likely to 'blow out' with a hot exposure, making this a favorite of some. It is also used as "B" or "C" camera slate - easy for the editor to identify quickly. These slates measure 11" wide by 9 1/2" tall, and fit, of course, in all frontboxes. Uses a dry-erase marker (not included).
